Leading an EMMA

The first edition of the EMMA Leader’s Guide was released on October 15, 2011. The Leader’s Guide is a compilation of lessons learned from EMMA’s in the field, tips from EMMA leader’s and some basic document templates. The Leader’s Guide is intended to be a living document; it will be regularly amended as fresh lessons from the field are brought to bear in the continual effort to improve EMMA.
