Oxfam Shares “Working with Markets and Cash SOPs and Guidance Notes”

Oxfam would like to share the ‘Working with Markets and Cash Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Guidance Notes.’ These SOPs are designed to help teams from across different management, programs and support functions to understand the process of designing cash transfer programs, and to be able to comprehend and fulfill their particular roles within that process.
